學英文用直接翻譯的方式，一定會發現類似的問題，很容易就會誤用。每一種語言都有獨特的思考方式，而這些往往是沒有對應說法。英文最怕直接翻譯，以下幾句英文都是你我常犯的錯誤：

我會陪你一起去。
(X) I will accompany with you.
(O) I will accompany you
不好意思打斷你。
(X) Pardon me to interrupt you.
(O) Pardon me for interrupting you.
我得打很多電話。
(X) I call a lot of phones.
(O) I make a lot of phone calls.
車上還有位子嗎？
(X) Is there any place for me in the car?
(O) Is there any room for me in the car?
他待我很友善。
(X) He treated me very friendly.
(O) He treated me in a friendly way.
房間的窗戶破裂了
(X) The room's window is broken.
